Thomas S. Russell practices in the areas of estate planning, elder law and probate estate administration. He is licensed to practice in Arkansas, Texas and the U. S. District Court in the Western and Eastern Districts of Arkansas. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the Texas Bar Association.
Thomas is a Vietnam-Era Veteran and a 25-year Volunteer with the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility's Chaplaincy Ministry. He serves as a board member and Bible teacher at the Word Aflame Church in Little Rock and as the Board Secretary for the United Pentecostal Church Development Fund located in Weldon Spring, Missouri.
He has formerly served as a Commissioner for the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians, of which he is a member citizen and as a member of the Supervisory Committee for Arkansas Federal Credit Union.
